Our Mission
Romania Animal Rescue is on a mission to reduce the number of homeless dogs and cats in Romania by focusing on four critical areas of work: Spay/Neuter, Animal Care, Veterinary Training, and Education. Romania is the second poorest nation in the EU and has one of the largest stray animal populations on the continent.
